Description We now have an Area Operations Manager position open in the Kansas City market to assist in running our "Buy Here Pay Here" operations. The ideal candidate is a strong sales person who is target driven and has a strong background in used, subprime and "Buy Here Pay Here" sales. Must have knowledge of suprime finance and sound financial management skills. The role will involve establishing multiple sub-prime dealer locations.

Other responsibilities will require you to:

Develop a thorough knowledge of all vehicles.

Manage customer and employee complaints effectively.

Work proactively to maximize profit.

Take pride in the office and vehicles and promote excellent customer service.

Requirements Requirements:
5 – 10 years professional selling experience in automobile industry, including a minimum of 3-4 years in a management or supervisory position.
Specific “buy here pay here” experience preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
