Clinical Pharmacists NEEDED!!!
3 Clinical Pharmacist positions open. 2 of these positions are considered to be float positions where the Pharmacist will be working primarily in central operations with the opportunity to work in decentralized areas.
The other position, I'm looking for an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist who has completed an Oncology Specialty Residency and/or 2-3 years of experience in Oncology.
We are looking for someone who will demonstrate clinically sound decision making skills and a mastery of basic skills of a professional Pharmacist, which allow for an increased level of practice. Synthesizes an acquired body of knowledge with experience gained in order to have a positive impact on patient care.
B.S. degree or Pharm D from an accredited College of Pharmacy. An ASHP accredited residency is preferred but not required.
CT license or eligible for reciprocation. 2-yrs experience in an acute care setting. Good communication skills.
