Description Bilingual Collections Representative needed for Financial Services company in Greenville.
Hours are Mon and Tues 3 PM - 12 AM, Wednesday 2 PM - 11 PM, Thursday 12 PM - 9 PM, Friday 8 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM - 12 PM, every other Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
The performing mortgage collector uses strong communication, analytical, and customer service and strong collection skills with the goal of contacting borrowers that are 30 plus days deliquent and negotiate mutually acceptable resolutions to their delinquences through, repayment alternatives. Identify reasons of delinquency and help to work on a resolution.
Responsibilities:
Contact consumer to offer repayment methods.
Identify reasons of delinquency and help to work on a resolution.
Negotiate resolutions on assigned accounts either with the customer or third party.
Be able to work alone or with team to ensure delinquency target is met.

Requirements Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish).
1 year experience in third party collections or working in high volume call center.
Strong telephone communication skills used in talking on the phone for extended periods of time.
Intermediate typing skills.
Strong math skills.

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and back ground check.
Two verifiable references.
