Description Laurens County Health Care System is seeking applications and resumes for the following positions: 2 Full-Time RN Case Managers -Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina, BSN preferred. -Knowledge of HCGA, SC PRO, SC State Nursing Home regulations, Interqual criteria 1 Full-Time Social Work Case Manager 1 PRN Social Work Case Manager -MSW preferred but will accept Bachelors Social Work degree with at least 5 years of extensive Social Services experience. -Current certification as a Social Worker from the state of South Carolina. Laurens County Health Care System is licensed for 90 beds (76 acute and 14 skilled nursing) and is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
