Job Description:

This position will be responsible for supporting the vice president in all facets of the Investor Relations office and function.  This position has high visibility and interaction with executive leadership of KCI as well as exposure to the investment community. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, possessed of agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment that requires an ability to think on your feet.  Core duties will include assistance with development and adjustment of IR strategy and tactics as needed, generation and maintenance of fact-based and logical analyses which illuminate and actively support the function, participation in IR communications and other requirements as needed.

 

 



Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

 

�         Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

�         At least 1 year work experience in Investor Relations with a focus in either Healthcare, Equity Research or Equity Capital Markets

�         Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutLook

 

Other Qualifications:

�         Comprehension of structure and dynamics of capital markets and Wall Street

�         Ability to acquire new skills

�         Proven work ethic and energy

�         Organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

�         Attention to detail

�         Demonstrated project management skills

  

 


 

Preferred Qualifications:

�         Masters degree in Business or related field

�         Experience in Investment Banking or an Investor Relation department
