Job Description:  GENERAL FUNCTION: This position will be responsible for representing the Special Assets Group of the Commercial Division of Fifth Third Bank. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities will include representing Fifth Third Bank in troubled debt restructurings and loan workouts in 11 states. This position will work closely with Special Assets Officers on commercial loan workouts and restructurings, loan amendments, bankruptcy and commercial loan collection, recovery and related litigation. 
Job Requirements
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:* At least 5 years of relevant experience with a law firm or financial institution handling commercial loan workouts and restructurings is required.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Good ability to interface successfully with senior management * Strong negotiation skills * Strong knowledge of the areas of expertise including technical knowledge * Strong issue spotting, risk assessment, and problem solving skills * Extensive research skills * Team building, leadership skills * Admission to a state bar/J.D degree from accredited law school/College degree.
