Job Description
We are seeking a housekeeper to clean apartments, lobbies, offices, models, common areas, and recreation room so that they are in market ready condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Clean bathrooms: tubs, showers, commodes, and mirrors
� Clean kitchens: stoves, ovens, refrigerators, pantry, and cabinets
� Clean bathrooms: tubs, showers, commodes, and mirrors
� Wash floors and windows, interior and exterior
� Clean laundry rooms
� Vacuum and dust
� Sweep and wash balconies and patios
� Clean restrooms
� Remove trash from common areas
� Clean leasing offices
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
� General knowledge of housekeeping
� Bilingual a plus
� Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
