TERROS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community-based organization which has been addressing behavioral health needs since 1969. TERROS provides prevention, education and treatment services in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Click here for a complete listing of services and programs.
TERROS began as a grassroots volunteer group operating a hotline and drop-in center and has grown from Phoenix area's first substance abuse treatment program to a comprehensive behavioral health organization of more than 300 trained professionals who served more than 25,000 people and families in 2005.
TERROS' dedicated professionals have a clear vision and commitment to providing excellent services and is recognized as an innovator and leader as a primary provider of mental health crisis services and substance abuse treatment programs. TERROS is an accredited behavioral health provider by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, also know as CARF.

Job Description: Under the Agency's policies and professional requirements, provides direct psychiatric care of assigned clients and program activities, facilitates teamwork for outpatient services, conducts psychiatric evaluation and medication monitoring, and individual treatment and case consultation. Participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, makes referrals appropriately, works under the direct supervision of the VP for Outpatient Services and the agency Medical Director for clinical supervision.
