Key Role:
Provide analysis and strategy on various financial programs under the US Army Installation Management Command. Work with multiple sources of information to provide quality analysis and recommendations to clients. Conduct presentations via Webcast, teleconference, 1-on-1 sessions, and classroom sessions to hundreds of employees at garrisons and region offices, including Army leadership. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create guidance, training, and various templates for distribution to Army installations. Support government teams with the development of meaningful performance metrics and scorecard representations for thousands of data points. Communicate daily with garrison, region, and HQ personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with DoD financial or program management
-Knowledge of financial or budget analysis
-Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Activity Based Costing or Common Levels of Support (CLS)
-Experience with the Army preferred
-Possession of excellent collaboration and problem solving skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-CDFM
