In partnership with business leaders and our in-house customer experience team, this position will lead development and execution of our online product roadmap.

Qualifications
Responsibilities
� Build, manage and lead the core e-commerce product management team
� Champion the e-commerce vision and align resources to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies for new and existing e-commerce capabilities that align to the vision
� Communicate and gain executive buy-in across the organization for e-commerce strategies and programs
� Collaborate with members of the Merchant organization to optimize the effectiveness of onsite merchandising
� Conduct consumer research, user testing and analyze website analytics to identify and prioritize new opportunities and improve the current state of website performance
� Rationalize resource investments by developing cogent and realistic business cases
� Spearhead cross-functional efforts to effectively execute and deliver the product roadmap
� Manage existing key vendor / product relationships. Seek out and establish new relationships, as appropriate, to achieve strategic objectives
� Serve as expert on trendsetting practices in e-commerce, including analysis of the competitive landscape
� Monitor, analyze and be accountable for key performance indicators (conversion, average order value, revenue per visit, etc.) to optimize website performance. Develop strategies to enhance the above metrics. Deliver regular updates to the senior executive team.
� Champion the institutionalization of a product management methodology for bringing profitable products to market in an effective and efficient manner.
Qualifications
� BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
� 5-7 years eCommerce experience with an emphasis on web product development and building and leading cross-functional teams
� Experience developing and executing online product marketing strategies
� Deep knowledge of web standards, design and usability
� Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment
� Strong analytical, business, project management, and organizational skills
� Excellent oral and written communication skills
