Job Description 

Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating enterprise-wide organizational development solutions including performance management, succession planning, cultural assessment, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.   Working as a trusted advisors to all levels of management, utilizes appropriate OD models, tools and systemic approaches to drive initiatives that enhance Hypertherm’s organizational effectiveness.  Teaches, guides and coaches others to effectively facilitate change and organizational performance.   

Key Capabilities
  • Strong intellect, confidence and presence in addressing issues in diverse business situations with all levels of management.
  • Strong demonstrated process and diagnostics skills coupled with successful execution and implementation experience.
  • Articulate in writing and oral communication, with well-honed consultative skills.
  • Track record of success in developing and implementing large scale organization change initiatives.
  • Understanding of and proven experience in the dynamics of integrating new organizations as a result of mergers and acquisitions activity.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent, Masters  preferred
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Highly experienced relationship management skills
  • Strong impact and influence skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience with a global work environment
