Call Center Representative Inbound

Job Description

Randstad is now hiring for Whirlpool, an established inbound call
center in Yakima. NO OUTBOUND CALLS!

We are seeking full-time candidates to earn $9 per hour to start as
a customer service representative. As a Randstad/Whirlpool
employee, you will earn weekly pay, full-time hours and a generous
health benefits package.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that consumer/customer
expectations are met and resolved utilizing established practices
and processes.

Working hours: Monday - Saturday 7AM - 7PM

Job Requirements

Candidates applying to work in this fun environment are expected to
have the following:
  • HS diploma or G.E.D equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer experience preferred
  • Be able to type 35 WPM
  • Effective communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Conflict management skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Problem solving
  • Team orientation.
