Description Not far from Phoenix, AZ is a 250 bed hospital looking for a financially strong Women's Services Director. The candidates must have at least a BSN but a Master's would bring candidates in at the higher end of the pay scale. The Director must have at least two years of management experience and a minimum of four years in L & D, Women's, or Maternal Childcare.
