Large defense contractor in the San Diego region is seeking a Senior Level Accounting Manager to assist the Controller with day to day accounting functions. Tremendous room for growth and ability to work in a challenging, stable environment.
Responsible for the overall accounting, cash management, operational planning and analysis.Knowledge of strong inventory control management with understanding of cost accounting and bill of materials. Help identify process improvements throughout the organizatio.Hands on experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting transactions including reconciliation of the general ledger accounts. Strong modeling, and variance analysis as well as ad hoc reporting for financial and operational data requested from other divisions.
