Dynamic growing company is looking for an addition to the team. Strong and experience Bookkeeper wanted with solid communications skills.

  • Full cycle Accounts Receivables, invoice research and audit, collections calls on past due accounts and maintenance of the AR Aging report.
  • Full cycle Accounts Payables, invoice receipts, coding , matching an vendor contact.
  • Bank and inter company accounts reconciliations and research.
  • Variance analysis and research.
  • Financial statements preparations and review.
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Solid follow through with details and attention to details.
  • Some inventory experience .

    Job Requirements
    Low turnover in work history .
    Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
