Description Job Details:

The surgical technologist performs all duties of the scrub role according to AORN recommended standards and practices. Participates in providing quality care by supporting quality improvement initiatives. Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or completion of an LPN program. 1 to 2 years Surgical Technologist experience preferred. Licensure: BLS healthcare provider required. Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required, if hired on or after July 1, 2009.
2 years experience in OB or OR required.
