Role Summary/Purpose


Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategy to build and maintain contractor and end customer relationships, and to grow large project constructions sales and presence in the San Antonio trade area.
  • Provide sales coverage for assigned commercial accounts.
  • Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining relationships with distributor partners, electrical contractors and interaction with design engineers.
  • Actively participate and utilize cross selling activities to drive growth.

    Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor degree. * Minimum 3 years related work experience. * Good working knowledge of GE products and systems preferred, as well as a strong understanding of the market dynamics of the electrical industry and distribution. * Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and teamwork. * Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. * High-level of computer literacy. * Strong interpersonal, communication, written and oral presentation skills and solid understanding of profitability and other financial measurements.

    Additional Eligibility Qualifications
