We have an outstanding career opportunity at our newly centralized, 24/7 state-of-the-art Customs Brokerage Processing Center in Columbia, South Carolina for a Customs Entry Processor. Relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities for this role include:
Compliant and timely processing of customs brokerage transactions
Coordinates the documentation required by US Customs and Border Protection for entry of goods into the US
Serves as the single point of coordination between import customers and US Customs and Border Protection.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of regulatory aspects related to importing
Ability to learn, follow instructions and apply knowledge across variety of circumstances
Team spirit and dedication to quality
Strong keyboard capability
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Understanding of the Harmonized Tariff and product classification
Basic entry writing knowledge
HS diploma or GED required
Generally 1-3 years Entry Writer experience
