Job Description 

Responsible for generating, developing, and maintaining profitable account relationships with customers in the Real Estate Management Industry. The Industry Specialist has expertise in the area of escrow, property management and homeowners associations and uses it to manage the relationships these types of businesses have with the Bank. The successful Industry Specialist uses his/her strong partnering skills to work closely with our business sales consultants to provide industry expertise in the acquisition of real estate management companies.

In addition to supporting acquisition efforts, the Industry Specialist acts as the relationship manager to existing customers, provides continuing financial advice as appropriate, determines customer's deposit and treasury management needs and deepens existing customer relationships. They also serves as the customer's advocate within the Bank, securing approvals for treasury management products and credit, when appropriate.

Specific Job Responsibilities Include:
o Soliciting and/or developing and maintaining profitable account relationships among real estate management companies.
o Working closely with product specialists to design and implement complex customer solutions.
o Cross-train internal Banking Assistants and Business Deposit Consultants.
o Attending at trade organizations during weekends or evenings to market SMGs products and services.
o Occasionally attends association board and member meetings. 


Job Requirements 

* Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years business or commercial banking experience with an emphasis on acquiring and managing customers with analyzed accounts and treasury management services. Demonstrated success in business to business sales. Knowledge of banking compliance, operational risks, exposure and mitigation's required. Proficient in Windows based software.
