Purpose:
The AP Specialist will be responsible for:
-entering invoices into Quickbooks
-weekly check-runs
-back-up receptionist
-various administrative office tasks

The ideal candidate will have:
-3 years of accounts payable experience
-Quickbooks experience
-strong communication skills
