Job Description - Recruiter

We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter on behalf of our client.  The position is a contract position with a possibility to go temp-to-hire for our client, a large insurance provider located in Irving, TX.

 

 

Summary

We are looking for entry-level Recruiters with 1-2 years of recruiting experience.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Mine job boards
  • Post jobs
  • Possibly attend job fairs
  • Pre-qualify interviews
  • Set up interview appointments

 




Job Requirements of Recruiter :

 

 

  • Previous recruiting experience
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Windows
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Able to work in a team environment
