The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a Director, Integrated Marketing Sales for Media Sales. We seek a person with the vision, creativity and broad understanding of digital media platforms with the ability to develop and close new business. Below please find a description of the primary responsibilities and requirements necessary to succeed in this position.Primary ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for developing new and incremental business on the Time Warner Cable footprint. This will involve the strategic development and sale of integrated linear television advertising, ad supported VOD programming, interactive advertising, and online to a wide variety of clients and agencies. This role will also serve as evangelist and educator to the agency and client community about the growing impact and relevance of the Digital Cable advertising portfolio. Prepare presentations for direct clients as well as ad agencies showing the benefits of these advertising solutions and develop proposals for individual clients and products with integrated plans using multiple ad platforms. Develop target lists in conjunction with sales management. Director should have knowledge of interactive sales, strategic data analytics and understand/articulate key technical aspects of the entire product mix. Provide ongoing servicing of existing clients to ensure continuity and expansion of advertising revenue while achieving monthly/quarterly/ yearly sales quotas. Responsibilities will also include executing client contracts, completing required documentation and reporting for internal flow of all orders, working with advertisers and the TWC production unit in the development and creation of commercial spots, display/rich media ads, and iTV creative types. RequirementsTen plus years selling experience in media and/or interactive ad sales, preferably innovative media solutions selling. A very strong network of contacts across senior level client decision makers and key agency stakeholders. Ability to secure, articulate and present at the highest levels of client and agency structures. Familiarity with client and agency account and brand management process with the ability to navigate through their internal structures to effectively move the decision making process. Ability to work with presenting complex proposals which combine technical implementation of advertising opportunities. A proven track record of influencing direct-to-client sales at key decision-making levels. Excellent organization and presentation skills, high levels of computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word. This position will require periodic travel. BS or BA degree in related field of studies.The physical demands described here are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
