The Compensation Analyst will assist in the administration and analysis of corporate compensation processes and programs including the annual merit increases, the Annual Incentive Plan, the Long-Term Incentive Plan, job evaluations, and survey submissions. Primary Duties*: - Assist in the administration of Annual Incentive Plan program in the Compensation Planning Tool (CPT). Assist in the configuration of the bonus plans by creating and assigning eligible populations and plan performance metrics. Audit population to ensure program is administered in accordance with the Plan guidelines. Manage the Leave of Absence salary basis prorations by incorporating data from payroll and HR Admin files. Generate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis, e.g. manager utilization, bonus awards by individual performance component, and business unit specific metrics. Manage the CPT Support mailbox.
- Assist in the annual merit increase process in the Compensation Planning Tool (CPT). Assist in the configuration of the salary plans by creating and assigning eligible populations. Ensure employee data integrity, e.g. employment dates, salaries, and supervisor hierarchy. Generate reporting, e.g. manager utilization, merit increase percentage by performance rating, etc. Manage the CPT Support mailbox.
- Perform job evaluations using external market data and internal equity to recommend job title, salary band, and AIP target. Determine FLSA status and EEO job categories. Create or assign job code in HRIS.
- Prepare external surveys submissions. Consult with HR Generalists to ensure appropriate job matches and prepare data submission in accordance with survey standards.
- Perform routine HRIS compensation data mining. Investigate data for inconsistencies within the data, e.g., band and suggested AIP targets, job code and band, job code and FLSA status. Work with HR Generalists to research and correct data inconsistency.
- Support Executive Compensation on an ad-hoc basis for Long-Term Incentive Program planning and Compensation Committee meeting document preparation.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to work in a team environment and build effective relationships with Human Resource Generalists, external vendors, and compensation consultants.
- Knowledge of base salary, merit increase, bonus, and equity programs design and administration.
- Knowledge of survey submission process and survey data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
- 2 years of experience in a Compensation or analytical environment
- Certified Compensation Certification preferred
