Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Advanced skill levels and knowledge in procedures, techniques, and tools related to:
  • Expert knowledge of SAP best practices
  • Software development process
  • SAP configuration process
  • Needs analysis
  • Applicable project management tools
  • Leveraging applications for competitive advantage
  • Strong understanding of Program and Project Management Methodologies
  • Proven ability to successfully resolve complex program issues
  • Coordinating multiple project threads simultaneously
  • Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects on-time within budget with quality
  • Proven ability to manage time, cost, resources, quality, procurement, communication and risks for large programs which are composed of several projects.
  • Working in a team environment
  • Understanding and leveraging cultural diversity
    Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of:
  • Management and leadership principles
  • Program development and administration principles and practices
  • Advanced principles, practices, theories, trends, and methodologies in assigned area of responsibility

    Applies advanced level skill in procedures, techniques, and tools related to:
  • Providing leadership
  • Analyzing and developing policies and procedures
  • Managing consultant contracts

  • Planning, analyzing, and evaluating programs and services, operational needs, and fiscal constraints
  • Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, etc. sufficient to change or convey information and to receive work direction
  • Initiates collaboration with internal departments to promote organizational effectiveness
  • Participates and/or serves on a variety of committees, meetings, task forces, and/or other related groups to secure advocacy and influence support for programs and ideals
  • Negotiates and administers contracts and agreements for professional services
  • May develop and administer budget for assigned areas of responsibilities
    Work Experience Requirements:
  • Nine years of professional managerial experience, including three years of supervisory experience
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment
  • Seven to nine years of managing successful large global SAP implementations.
    Education & Certification Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in PMI/PMP is preferred
