Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities: Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of 25+ full and part-time Associates. Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise. Oversee and monitor loss prevention programs. Manage the daily activity of the sales floor. Drive sales forward. Assistant Store Managers are promoted from within to become Store Managers.
Qualifications
Two to four years' of supervisory experience, supervising a minimum of 25 people, in an environment with at least >6 million in annual sales. HomeGoods offers great values on an incredible selection of quality brand-name fashions for every room in the house, including bed and bath, domestics and giftware.
