Pratt & Whitney, a recognized leading producer of the world's most powerful jet engines, is looking for dedicated individuals to support our organization. If you would like to work in a dynamic environment and possess the motivation to incorporate new ideas into practice, this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The MED program is an entry-level program targeted at new college engineering graduates to prepare them for a career in Manufacturing and Quality. Development occurs via technical training and customized on-the-job assignments. Upon completion of this program, engineers will have a solid base in manufacturing, quality systems, solid modeling, manufacturing processes, tooling and fixtures, gages and inspection, machine tool application, CNC, continuous improvement Kaizen tools and Lean Manufacturing techniques. At the conclusion of the MED program, graduates will be prepared to assume an assignment in manufacturing or quality in one of Pratt & Whitney's Modular Business Centers.
Two year rotational program in Manufacturing Operations.
BS in Engineering: Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial is required.
College entry level candidates is required.
US Citizenship or permanent resident status required.
