Our client, a fast growing energy company with national and international business, seeks an intelligent, organized and highly skilled corporate paralegal to assist with corporate governance and general corporate transactional, and compliance work for the company. Candidates must have 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience, excellent computer skills, ability to master new software packages, and professional, refined communication skills. Bachelors' degree required; paralegal certification preferred. Compensation and benefits are highly competitive and the work atmosphere is very pleasant.
