Material Handler I & II
Job Description
Lincoln Company is now hiring for Material Handler I & II
Duties include:
Receive discrepant items into Problem Log tool. Research item(s) to determine cause of discrepancy.
Provide resolution for item(s) and carry out disposition.
Provide partner (Infosys) with pertinent information regarding discrepancy.
Handle all throughputs in timely manner, ensuring customer SLAs are always met.
Ability to use multiple computer applications to maintain accurate material flow transactions, Widgets, IFS, MS Excel, MS Outlook, various customer tools including Status Tool, SVO Tool, Right Now Tool, Bomber, In-Biz and KB Info.
Constant communication with our Customer. Must present a professional demeanor at all times while communicating with them.
Ensure high level of inventory accuracy for all items flowing through area.
Cross train and work in any area of the warehouse as needed; Shipping, Receiving, Dock, Inventory Control.
Working hours: M-F
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be a self starter and team player.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent. Two year degree preferred (related to materials or equivalent). Must have prior computer and systems experience. Microsoft Excel preferred. A good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook e-mail programs are required. Prior experience with Cisco Status, Right Now, Bomber, In-Biz & KB Info are preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent English communication skills required. An ability to speak effectively with groups of employees and/or customers. Ability to create routine reports and correspondences. Excellent e-mail etiquette.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and facilitate solutions. Ability to research problems utilizing multiple tools. Ability to multitask is imperative.
