Description Columbia St. Mary's, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is comprised of four hospitals: Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Milwaukee, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Columbia, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee, and Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Institute, as well as 39 primary care clinics, the Columbia College of Nursing, and a partnership with the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin. High school diploma or equivalent is requiredRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves as an expert resource to departments and Medical staff regarding products, purchased services, and procurement practices.
• Contributes sound decision making for supplies and equipment that meet customer needs in a cost effective manner.
• Works collaboratively with internal and external customers.
• Effectively utilizes procurement systems to manage and process CSM departmental supply and service requisitions.
• Understands use of contracts and CSM's relationships with regard to Broadlane and Ascension.
• Exhibits skills necessary for successful procurement practices.

QAULIFICATIONS:

• One to three years in-depth procurement experience required.
• Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
• Skilled negotiator, familiar with Group Purchasing Organizations. 
• Proficient in Materials Management information systems.
