Job Description 

Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling/Cost Engineer to work as part of our construction management team located in the New York Metropolitan Area. Candidate must have a demonstrated knowledge of construction scheduling and be able to create, update, and monitor CPM schedules.Primary responsibilities will include review of baseline schedules, monitoring of construction progress on a monthly basis, preparation of monthly schedule narrative reports, and claims/delay analysis.

 


Job Requirements 

The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working construction projects in the New York City area. Candidate must be proficient at CPM scheduling techniques and in the use of Primavera P3 and MS Project. Must be a self-starter, detail orientated, and also have strong organizational, communication and writing skills. Prior experience working for NYC Department of Environmental Protection is a plus.B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
