Description PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Full time Physical Therapy Assistant for Tripler Army Medical Center. A wonderful opportunity to support our troops and their family members.

Malpractice is provided.

Requirements Must possess a degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program for Physical Therapy Assistants.

Prefer a candidate with a current and unrestricted state license for Physical Therapy Assistants.

Experience should include a minimum of one year inpatient physical therapy experience and a minimum of one year of outpatient orthopedic, post-surgical, and/or manual physical therapy. Experience in providing independent treatment of patients and exercising sound clinical reasoning to establish individual, specialized, physical therapy intervention, goals and objectives.

Must possess and maintain a Basic Life Support certification from an American Heart Association approved training course. On-line training courses are not acceptable.
