Office Operations Manager

Coordinate HR activities such as recruitment, selection, training, orientation, and performance management.
Handle new employee orientation and process paperwork.
Communicate information and resolve problems related to payroll, benefits, staffing, and so on.
Supervise the office support team in accounting, marketing and administration.
Conduct vendor product reviews, and ensure office efficiency.
Assist in developing the annual operating budget of a market area.
Forecast expenses and execute cost controls.
Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate local office priorities for Information Management and Technology.
Direct maintenance of listing and transaction files.
Implement and recommend revisions to current policies and procedures.
Coordinate local office awards and recognition programs.
Assist management with publicity activities.
Develop your career in commercial real estate.
Your vast experience in finance, HR, IT, staff management and facilities management prepare you for success. Be willing to demonstrate your stellar analytical and collaboration skills.
As a supervisor, you must also possess the following:
BA/BS
3+ years of related experience, or 4+ years of experience with 2 in a managerial role
Impressive financial, presentation and problem-solving capacities
Ability/means to travel
