We are looking for a Crew Supervisor to take on a field installation supervisory position. We have multiple installation projects at various ports throughout the United States and we need an effective crew supervisor to take on a leadership role where you will be responsible for the installation and management of the projects.
This is a VERY PHYSICAL position, and you will be working very hands-on in the installation of covers for large commercial stock piles. We need someone in good shape, capable of scaling large stock-piles, of up to 50-100K tons to install our products.
These are HEAVY products, so being able to regularly lift 50 pounds is a must, as is the ability to drive a forklift to move the finished product.
In terms of compensation for this position, this is a role where the FASTER you do the job, the more money the company makes and therefore the more money you make. More installs = More money for you!
The qualifications we are seeking include:
• An ability to work on the road up to weeks at a time. This is a HEAVY field-centric role where the travel will be up to 75% of the time OR MORE to various installation sites throughout the country.
• CDL Required – Must be able to drive a truck.
• Forklift experience – Our products are HEAVY and we need you to be able to step in when needed.
• Strong communication and team supervisory experience.
