The scope is to provide Panel Data Query Management (PDQM) from CPRS support in support of the VHA Innovations program. Contractor shall develop a functional and working prototype PDQM solution that provides for a clinician oriented, patient data extraction tool to use in the patient care environment.
Must have a BA/BS in a related IT/Computer field.
Must have 6+ years exp in technical writing for a software product including business/functional requirements, technical specifications, and end-user documentation.
Must have 6+ years in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
