Key responsibilities include: - Must have LPN licensure
- Conducting associate performance evaluations, and coaching/counseling associates.
- Monitoring staff in administration of medication.
- Observing residents' health status, taking actions to address concerns, and reporting all significant changes.
We seek the following qualifications: - Basic CPR/First Aid training.
- LPN license required
- 2 years experience preferred
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must have a background in Long-Term Care.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications is required.
