The CRM Advisor utilizes strong business experience in segmentation, marketing and CRM program design and execution to deliver growth within the Amway business. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to… - Analyze internal and external information and resources to plan, design, and execute global core programs in accord with affiliate teams to meet global growth goals
- To act as a resource supporting the Manager of CRM, affiliate and regional management, to shape CRM business strategy
- Develop an understanding of customer shopping motivation and customer response to various marketing campaigns over time. Spot trends and make recommendations for campaign optimization
- Understand the dynamics of influencing customer behavior and ability to translate those into business action.
The accomplished individual will demonstrate progressive experiences in: - Deep involvement in designing targeted campaigns based on analytics
- Establishing and managing analytics, measurements and reports
- Ability to communicate at various levesl and with international colleagues
An outstanding professional will have..... Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 8 years of experience. Preference will be given to those applicants with a MBA and/or experience designing, executing and measuring targeted CRM programs using SSiebel Campaign Management software.
