Position Type: Direct Hire



Responsibilities:


Candidates for this position will be configuring, troubleshooting, and resolving desktop support problems in a Microsoft Windows environment
Technicians will be expected to resolve issues on the first call over 70% of the time. This is not an entry level position
Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows based applications
2-4 years of supporting Windows Operating Systems (Windows 2000/XP)
Experience with Remedy or other call tracking software is required
A CompTIA certification is required (A+, Network+, Server+)
A Microsoft certification is required (MCP) in 2003 or more recent
