Job Description 

Receives and responds to incoming calls from patients, clinicians, referral sources, hospitals, etc. in support of chronic therapies. Receives and processes referral information, purchase orders, clinical data, and general requests for information while maintaining a professional demeanor. Takes after-hour calls for all divisions of Accredo Health Group Specialty Pharmacies. 


Job Requirements 

Required Education and Experience: Associate's degree, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 3 years clinical experience in area of specialty including area of ICU or home care experience.Cardio-pulmonary experience preferred.
