Description:
Volt Technical Resources has a contract to hire opportunity available for an HRIS Analyst with a background in Lawson HRIS.

This position will be responsible for maintaining the Lawson system - will maintain patch implementations, oversee integration of HR data into other systems and serve as the liaison between internal customers and technical support personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lawson HRIS 8.0 and solid background in relational report writing.

Any experience working with Essbase or Cognos will be considered a plus.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience with Lawson HRIS

  • Recent experience with Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI)

  • 3+ years of analytical/reporting experience within an ERP system.

  • Strong MS Office skills to include MS Project and Visio.

  • Any data mart experience is considered a plus (Essbase or Cognos)

  • Any SQL programming will also be considered a big plus.

    NOTE: Candidates must be willing to convert to a direct employee of the client at the end of the contract period.
