Our Honolulu office is seeking a senior professional to assist senior managers and directors with day to day operations of a federal government joint venture (JV). Main duties will be to provide supervision and oversight of the JV staff, provide direct coordination with the assigned Navy staff, provide additional coordination and integration among the respective JV, Navy, and sub-contractor staffs, and execute assigned single projects as necessary.   This position requires an experienced engineer with both proven technical and managerial skills.  Familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of major military programs is a requirement. Minimum 15 years experience is required.
