Job Description

Our Client a Global leader in the defense industry is looking for a season individual to join their dynamic team

Direct the contracts accounting affairs of the organization and prepare analyses of forecasting and planning, cost accounting, cost and pricing and government compliance using CAS and FAR generally accepted accounting principles and standards; select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function, including disciplinary actions.

Ten (10) years of related financial and cost accounting experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment, with government contract exposure and a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience; strong analytical skills with excellent attention to details; Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting (BA), required; Master in Business Administration (MBA), a plus.

Well-developed cost and financial modeling, analytical and problem solving skills; working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting and Government requirements;
