Description Family Connections Demonstration Project We are assembling an innovative team to implement a large federally funded program that will support a private/public/tribal partnership designed to augment outcomes in Child Welfare Services. The project will implement three scopes of work: Family Team Decision Making (FTDM), Kinship Navigator, & Intensive Family Finding/Family Search & Engagement in the Benton/Franklin area to enhance the permanency, safety & well-being of children.
