Job Description 

 
 
Position Location:  This position can be located in either Phoenix, AZ to Seattle, WA
 
Execute and deliver on the day-to-day Area Property Management activities in accordance with Crown Castle objectives.
 
Essential Job Functions
  
  • Review applications for new installations and/or modifications to Crown sites and obtain all necessary consents and approvals within current cycle time expectations.
  • Review zoning regulations in support of new customer applications and attend meetings as needed.
  • Communicate with and resolve Property Owner issues, while improving the quality of our relationships.
  • Negotiate deal terms with Property Owners that support the business needs of the Company.
  • Decipher and comprehend financial information from ground leases and customer license agreements.
  • Work with corporate/local attorneys for preparation and approval of property deal documents.
  • Assist District Sales and PEP teams on property questions and issues.
  • Certify the accuracy of rent payments.
  • Assist and support external property consultants as needed.
  • Ensure all necessary property databases are updated and accurate.
 
Education/Certifications
  
  • High school degree
  • Additional education/training preferred
  • Real Estate license preferred but not required
  
Experience/Minimum Requirements
  
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of real estate experience
  • Wireless industry experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to comprehend legal documents
  • Ability to comprehend all title documentation
  • Ability to comprehend survey and construction drawings
 
 
Organizational Relationship
 
Reports to:  Property Manager              
 
 
  
Working Conditions:  Works in a normal office setting. Occasional travel required for off-site meetings and site visits.
