Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree
Applicants MUST have a minimum of 1 year of staffing industry sales experience focused on relationship management and revenue generation
Successful track record targeting small and mid-sized customers as well as Fortune 1000
Desired Skills:
Experience in presenting to prospective client management and the ability to maneuver within an organization to locate key internal contacts.
You must be able to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, and have past exposure to presenting to prospective client groups of varied size.
Confidence in their ability to grow existing, long-term relationships as well as develop new business with local, regional and national clients through solid leadership and networking initiatives.
Intermediate internet research skills for prospecting and leads generation and active networking memberships are key to success.
