Preparation of pleadings, motions, conducting discovery including obtaining records and reviewing documents, interviewing clients, preparing trial materials, conduct legal research; all while under the direction and supervision of a licensed attorney.
Possesses communications skills necessary to interact with clients, claims partners and outside vendors.
Monitors and maintains compliance with Team Connect (Litigation Case Management System).
Responsible for semi-routine problems requiring an established set of guidelines for resolution.
Management guidance provided.
Job Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Internet, and other web-based applications.
Demonstrates knowledge in a specialty and is given multiple work assignments for handling.
Must be able to process a variety of tasks and high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment and must be adaptable to a changing environment and shifting responsibilities.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
Personal injury experience is preferred.
Must meet the following requirements:
Four year college degree AND one year Paralegal experience

Paralegal certificate AND two years Paralegal experience
