Job Description

We are looking for a Cost Accountant with the following background.

Analyzes costs associated but not limited to raw material purchases, labor, material, productions costs, costs of sales, research and product development; compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variances; develop standard cost data and accurate inventory valuations; uses CAS and FAR generally accepted accounting principles and concepts.

1. Five (5) years of related cost accounting experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment, with government contract exposure; strong analytical skills with excellent attention to details; Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting (BA), preferred; Master in Business Administration (MBA), a plus

Well-developed cost and financial modeling, analytical and problem solving skills; working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting and Government requirements.
