We are currently seeking a Manager of Financial Operations to join our growing finance department.  Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast paced, demanding environment. The willingness to dig deep into details as well as the ability to assess the big picture are key attributes we are seeking for this position. The Manager of Financial Operations will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate corporate planning activities between centralized and decentralized planning groups
• Active role in creating accurate annual and 5 year financial plans
• Drive quarterly forecasting process
• Produce insightful analysis of corporate business model
• Monthly and weekly reporting of key business drivers
• Lead ad-hoc analysis and special projects for executive team
• Manage small team analysts and oversee their work and development

Requirements The most competitive candidate for this position will have the following:

• Strong academic track record.  MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Demonstrated career successes with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong financial systems and business application skills including Oracle, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail oriented, and the ability to multi-task.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.
• Industry experience a plus
