Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 per year
Growing and Profitable Company in the Thousand Oaks are is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting. This role will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for internal reporting, including analysis to budget and periodic forecasts. Preparation of external financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. And other ad-hoc responsibilities under the direction of the Corporate Controller. Ideal candidate will be an active CPA with 6 years of professional experience in a public/private mix. Solid understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting required, as well as advanced Excel skills.
