Associate Director, Government Contracts

Description The incumbent will be responsible for the people, process and systems supporting all Government contracts entered into and performed by Endo's Managed Markets area; and all Government related pricing submissions in compliance with Federal and State regulations. The incumbent will collaborate closely with members of the Pricing and Contract Operations, Managed Markets, Legal, and other commercial business functions to assure the interdependencies of commercial and Federal pricing are properly recognized for Government reporting purposes.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10+ years professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Minimum 5+ years of experience within a contracting and/or pricing role; with management experience specific to the Federal markets and regulatory pricing area required
• Minimum of 5 years management experience

Knowledge:
• In depth understanding of the interrelationships between commercial and government pricing required
• Demonstrated expertise of government pricing practices, all calculation methodologies, healthcare programs, and supporting regulations is required
• Strong working knowledge of automated contracting systems; with preferred experience of Model N's Revenue Management Software
• Strong working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and its' application across multiple business functions
• Demonstrated ability to satisfy routine internal audits required; participation in a government audit desirable
