Kelly Services is currently recruiting for long term Loss Mitigation Specialists for an inbound call center in Virginia Beach, Va. Qualified applicants must have two years work experience in a collection or mortgage servicing environment. High school diploma is required. Must have excellent computer skills. Must be able to pass criminal background. Job Responsibilities: - Send Loss Mitigation package to customers
- Call customers as follow-up
- Review competed package for work-ups
- Send letters to customers requesting additional information
- Work-ups for forbearance, modifications, Deed in Lieu, Partial Claims
- Submit loans to investor for approval
- Sent loss mitigation letter to delinquent customers
- Call delinquent customers as follow-up to letters
- Type forbearance or modification agreements and letters to customers
- Post fees and down payments
- Send signed documents to investors
- Post payments
- Filing Title I claims
